Shareholders of the AdvisorShares AdvisorShares Peritus High Yield ETF (Ticker: HYLD) should have received proxy voting materials and if you have not already done so, it is very important to record your vote.  For many shareholders, proxy materials are available online through the brokerage firm where the account is located. The proxy materials will include instructions on how to vote online, by phone or by mail. Below are these voting options. As noted in the proxy materials, the Board of Trustees recommends voting "For" each proposal.

Two Important Things to Know

  1. Have your “Control Number” ready (this number is included in the proxy material that was mailed or emailed to you).
  2. No personal information is needed! The process is simple, use your control number in either of the options below, place your vote, and you are done.  Again, no need to provide personal information.

INTERNET: Go to www.proxyvote.com. Have your proxy card available when you access this website. Follow the prompts to vote your shares.

PHONE: Call (800) 454-8683. Use any touch-tone phone to vote your proxy. Have your proxy card available when you call. Follow the voting instructions to vote your shares.

MAIL: Mark, sign, and date your proxy card, then detach it, and return it in the postage-paid envelope provided.

Your efforts are greatly appreciated. You may also call Alliance Shareholder Communications at 855-973-0090 to speak with a representative if you have any questions.
